I am a plant-based personal chef, health educator, speaker, and author of the Meatless Meal Recipe Book with over 12 years of experience living and thriving on a plant-based lifestyle. My mission is simple: to show that eating plant-based does not have to be boring, bland, expensive, or complicated. Instead, it can be absolutely delicious, beautiful, nourishing, and a joy to share with the people you love. I help make Earthly Bodies a safe place to live!

I specialize in customized meal prep designed around your unique health goals and preferences, so you can enjoy flavorful, vibrant meals that support your body and lifestyle. As a health educator, I also offer nutritional consulting to help you feel confident in your choices, make simple swaps, and embrace a lifestyle that fuels energy, balance, and connection. With my support, eating well becomes easier, more joyful, and something you’ll look forward to every day.

I currently call Birmingham, Alabama home, where I live with my wonderful husband, Christovia, and our 16-year-old pup, Sir Dulce. Though home is here in the South, I love bringing the Earthly Bodies experience beyond my own kitchen—cooking for clients, hosting workshops, and sharing wellness through speaking engagements across the country.
