I approach wellness with both expertise and heart. With over 12 years of living plant-based, I know how to make healthy eating simple, approachable, and deeply satisfying. My focus is on crafting meals and strategies that are tailored to you—your tastes, your goals, your life. Together, we’ll make plant-based living not just sustainable, but something you truly enjoy.
My work spans the full spectrum of wellness—from those seeking to reverse chronic conditions and regain vitality, to athletes striving for peak performance. As a former three-sport collegiate athlete with a degree in Health Education and a concentration in Nutrition and Kinesiology, I understand how the right fuel can transform both health and performance.
